Ask us to assist you to lose 21 kg or more -




If you are serious to start with a weight management program now, you actually don't even want to finish reading this blog.


All you need to know is the following:

Is this healthy? Will it work for me? How much will I suffer (do I need to run a marathon?)

Now we can help you, especially if you feel or think that you will never  be able to manage your weight. The reason why we can help you is because we have been there ourselves... a dietitian or doctor etc who has not been there (in the dark and damp area of feeling that you have lost control) cannot truly understand you. Of course, they can assist and there are many excellent advisors and coaches around.

If you work with us, you will have the best possible chance of success. We will be compassionate, but we will be firm! We all need support and guidance.

Hansie has lost 27 kg in 1997 and 1998 and with a total weight loss  now of over 30 kg. He has run Comrades marathon several times, and  he promises you this - "I will not ask you to run a marathon to manage your weight. What I will ask you to do, is to change your eating habits and to use incredible energy giving products/ foodss. You will learn how to adjust your energy levels and you may use some empowering shakes! I will ask you to follow where I lead you. If you are willing to give that a shot, we are willing to work with you."

Now I want to introduce you to a friend of mine - Iris Ellis. Iris was able to change her life around by losing more than 25 kg in 2010. Iris is exceptionally well equipped to assist you. I have asked Iris to assist you. This is Iris's story in short...

Before I lost the weight in 2010 I tried a number of different diets. With some of the programs I lost weight, but I did not look healthy. With other programs my immune system crashed and I fell ill - so I could not continue with the diet. After these efforts, I gained even more weight and was sick and depressed.

I started on a new meal plan on 27 February 2010. I felt healthy and started to lose weight after a week. I continued with the plan as I did have extra energy and felt great. I then also started walking for exercise. I battled in the beginning because of asthma, but I persisted. In January 2011 I could walk a 10 kilometer distance. I am keen to finish a 21 km walk later in 2011. I do not suffer from asthma any more.
I am positive that I will also loose the extra kilograms to get to my ideal, healthy weight.
